as published in home owner magazine, august 2022, this coastal contemporary home is as cool as the neighbouring ocean current. to quote the owners: "it's a quiet and tranquil space where we can seek refuge from our busy schedules. we feel totally at peace and are comfortable here. we love to spend hours staring at the sea and watching the whales and dolphins. at the same time, it's a wonderfully warm home due to it's north orientation."
